Okay I have finished, and completed the survey. I have increased my knowledge of the different technologies so that is good. But I have been completely frustrated at times and I felt that I was spending too much time going around in circles wasting rate payers money and getting nowhere. Hence I have spent the last part of the Web 2.0 training completing it at home in my own time.

Facebook

Well, I don't get it at all. I set up a facebook page. I then went to the Manukau Libraries page but I couldn't become a fan. I went to the help page and I still couldn't get it. I then tried from home with the help of my daughter, still no luck. Not only that when I tried to follow the link that was sent to my email, I was blocked out and I have been reported to the authoraties as having been abusing staff regulations!!! Never mind, move on, so I try to go to the next thing about what my all time favourite book is. No, no luck. I give up. I don't use it, now or ever and I won't be promoting it to customers.
