Twitter:
Is it easy to use?
NO! I found it easy to set up, but I chased my tail and went round and round in circles and spent far more time on it looking for my tweet on the Libary Twitter page than I had wanted to. I felt like I had just wasted my time and Council time doing nothing. I also could not figure out how to reply to a tweet.

Would customers find it simple?
I suppose it depends on how well they use the computers now. I thought it was easy to start with.

Could we use this in the learn.nets and in our workrooms?
I think what it could be used for is already covered on the website and in more detail, than just 140 characters.

Do you think that you're likely to use this site again?
No

What could Manukau Libraries promote via Twitter?
You would only be redirecting them to the website for more information anyway.

What would you use Twitter for?
Nothing.

Would you promote this service to customers? Why/why not?
No. I personally think that it is a waste of time and frustrating.

  1. Eek! Well, your post definitely proves that Twitter is not everybody's cup of tea. The good news is that you can now delete your Twitter account. Even better news is that you're almost at the end of the tutorial.
